Skadot started making beats as early as age 12 on a Yamaha Keyboard and his brothers Alesis SR-16. It wasn't too long after that the passion for making music grew to the point of needing more which led to the purchase of and Ensonic ASR-10 which was among the leading studio production samplers/ workstations. Other pieces of gear would be added over time leading to a full blown recording studio by the age of 25. The passion for sequencing extends across multiple digital interfaces and workstation types from Akia MPC2000, Roland SV-5080 and Triton with MIDI to the MPK mini and Logic Pro X combo. After 30 years of producing Hip Hop/ Rap, R&B, Jazz and most recently Trap, the truth is Skadot Productions is just getting warmed up.
